CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: Services purchased through www.singingsunflower.com, including virtual and in-person consultations for Flower Essence Therapy and Holistic Wellness Coaching, are non-refundable. Once a client commits to a service and payment is made, they are responsible for the full payment of fees for the entire program, regardless of completion.

  • Clarification on Refunds: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is in place to affirm the client's commitment to the scheduled program and to support the logistical and preparatory efforts made in advance.

 

2. Payment Methods

  • Payments must be made through the Practice Better platform, accessible via www.singingsunflower.com. The platform supports various payment methods, including credit card and PayPal, with specific options available at checkout.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Clients

  • Notice Requirements: Clients are required to notify www.singingsunflower.com at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notifications should be made through the contact information provided on the website or via the Practice Better platform.

  • Missed Appointments: If a client misses an appointment without providing 24 hours' notice, the appointment is non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. This policy respects the time and schedule managed through www.singingsunflower.com and ensures availability for other clients.

  • Sole Discretion for Rescheduling: On an exceptional basis and at the sole discretion of www.singingsunflower.com, a missed appointment may be rescheduled. However, this is contingent on availability and specific circumstances.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Provider

  • Provider Cancellations: Should www.singingsunflower.com need to cancel a scheduled appointment, clients will be promptly notified using the contact details provided at booking.

  • Rescheduling: Efforts will be made to reschedule at a convenient time for the client, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued for that particular session.

 

5. Force Majeure

  • In the event of force majeure, where unforeseen circumstances prevent either party from fulfilling their obligations, www.singingsunflower.com will work with the client to reschedule the service at no additional cost. If rescheduling proves unfeasible, arrangements will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
